Information we collect

La Amistad Pizzeria & Grill collects the information needed to accept and fulfill your order, including your name, phone number, email when provided or required, delivery address, order details, payment status, and Rewards activity when you choose to join.

How we use it

• Process, prepare, deliver, support, cancel, or refund orders.
• Contact you by phone when we need to discuss your order or delivery.
• Create and operate a Rewards account only when you choose to join.
• Protect the ordering service, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records.

Mobile information

Mobile information is not sold or rented. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your order phone number is used for order and delivery contact. Providing it or joining Rewards does not sign you up for text messages.

Automatic order text updates are currently unavailable. You can review the planned program and checkout consent preview before it becomes available.

When the order-text program becomes available, we record your explicit checkout choice, phone number, order, consent time, and disclosure version. Consent is separate from Rewards enrollment and is not a condition of purchase. Texts cover order confirmation, preparation, readiness, delivery, cancellation, and payment updates, not promotions. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers that deliver requested messages may process the information needed to provide that service, subject to appropriate restrictions. This does not permit them to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, mapping, and communications. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We retain order and transaction records as needed for operations, security, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to honor your communication choices.

Your choices

You can decline Rewards and still place an order. Order texts are also optional. Once order texts are available, reply STOP to stop them or HELP for help. Contact the store to ask about your information or Rewards account. See the Terms and Conditions for the order-text program.
