Online ordering

Orders are requests to purchase from La Amistad Pizzeria & Grill. An order may be declined or cancelled when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, the delivery address is outside the approved area, or the restaurant cannot safely fulfill it. We will use the contact information provided with the order when follow-up is required.

Rewards

Rewards participation is optional. Points are tracked only after you join and verify the email address used for the account. Rewards have no cash value, may be subject to eligibility and redemption rules, and may be reversed when a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Order contact

We may call the phone number provided with your order if we need to discuss fulfillment, delivery, an unavailable item or cancellation. Providing a phone number does not authorize text messages.

Order update text messages

Automatic order text updates are currently unavailable. These terms describe the planned program. View the checkout consent preview. Until the program is available, check your order confirmation page or call the store for help.

When the program becomes available, turning on Text me order updates at checkout and submitting your order gives La Amistad Pizzeria & Grill permission to send transactional texts about that order. These include confirmation, preparation, readiness, delivery, cancellation, and payment updates. The program does not include promotions or account sign-in codes. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply.

The control is optional and off by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is separate from Rewards enrollment. When the program is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
