The program covers pickup and delivery order confirmation, preparation, readiness, delivery, cancellation, and payment updates. It does not include promotions or account sign-in codes. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply.
How consent works at checkout
- Enter your contact phone number when placing a pickup or delivery order.
- Read the disclosure beside the optional Text me order updates control and its Terms and Privacy links.
- Turn the control on to request texts for that order. It starts off, and leaving it off does not prevent a purchase.
- Submit your order. Your choice is recorded with that order, the disclosure version, and the time.
Supplying a phone number or joining Rewards does not grant SMS consent. Once the program is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call (212) 256-0129 for assistance.
